Do you demo your lifts before purchase?
Yes! We are happy to demo a lift at our headquarters in New Oxford, PA, or do our best to connect you with a customer willing to provide a demo closer to your location if possible.
Can I modify or upgrade the features on a purchased lift?
Absolutely! All of our lifts come with upgrade options. Some of the common upgrades include but are not limited to: custom paint, white rubber non-marking tracks, increased size of footplates, two-man basket, intercom, basket spotlight, etc. Upgrades are unique to the lift model, so please ask us what upgrades are available for the lift you are interested in and we can provide a comprehensive list.
Do you rent your equipment?
No, we do not offer rentals. We do, however, sell to a large number of rental companies, and would be happy to connect you with rental providers in your area if available.
Do you offer financing options?
We do not offer financing through our company. However, we are happy to connect you with our trusted partner in specialized equipment financing solutions.
Do you service a lift not purchased through Tracked Lifts?
Yes, we will service any Platform Basket or OMMELIFT purchased in the U.S. We do not perform service on any other brand of lift.
